Process
From land to keys

Land
We walk the plot, read the slope, soil, water and light, and check title and zoning first.

Draw
Concept to detailed drawings, with models and material samples you can hold.
- 03
Permit
We prepare and file approvals, and manage every comment until the permit is signed.
- 04
Build
Our site team builds with local craftspeople and hands over a finished, working building.
Studio
We are an architecture-led studio. We build homes, hotels and developments across Lombok, starting with the land and ending with a building that feels like it was always there
